# The AI-powered CRM that runs the entire renter journey.

Marketing, AI chat and voice, CRM, leasing, renewals, and ancillary revenue. One platform, one data model, one record. Built for multifamily operators.

Mark Taylor went from answering a third of leasing calls to 100%. AI now handles 80%+ end-to-end.

## Trusted by Leading Multifamily Operators

Mark Taylor | Avanti | Pacific Companies | Capreit

## Your AI is Only as Smart as What It Can See

Every platform claims the full renter journey now. Look closer and most are separate systems stitched to look like one: a leasing CRM sitting on top of the PMS, an AI bot working from a copy of your data. So the AI picks up the phone knowing almost nothing about the person calling.

Union built the CRM and the AI as one product. The AI sees everything the CRM sees: the prospect's history, what's available right now, where the application stands. So when a lead calls at 11pm, it doesn't just answer. It qualifies, books the tour, and your team walks in to a complete record, not a cold start.

## Mark Taylor Case Study: The AI That Could See the Data Won

A head-to-head under one operator: a leading AI bolt-on against Union's AI CRM.

Mark Taylor ran two of its communities on two different AI systems over the same stretch last year. One used a leading bolt-on. The other ran on Union. We tracked how many calls each AI handled start to finish, with no human stepping in.

Union didn't just edge ahead. It resolved 71% of calls end-to-end against 47% for the bolt-on. Today, Union communities are resolving more than 80% of calls.

**Calls handled end to end, no human handoff:**

- Leading AI bolt-on: 47%
- Union AI CRM: 71%
- Today: 80%+

Two Mark Taylor communities, same market, same period. The bolt-on worked from a synced copy of the data. Union's AI worked on the live record.

### Leaner Teams, Better Service

Mark Taylor centralized 35 communities on Union and gave its leasing teams their time back.

With Union answering and qualifying calls, Mark Taylor moved to centralized specialist teams without giving up the white-glove promise. Agents stopped chasing the phone and started running tours.

Powered by Union Voice AI, Agent Assist, and the unified Union CRM.

**Key Metrics:**

- **100%** — Call answer rate: Up from the 30–40% industry average
- **10%** — Reduction in personnel costs through centralization
- **950** — Leasing hours returned to the team in a single quarter

## One Platform. One Record. One Tab.

Every product runs on the same record, so each one is smarter for what the others know.

### AI CRM: Every Lead, Conversation, and Lease on One Record

Marketing, chat, voice, leasing, and renewals all write to the same record. Every interaction captured, every action logged. Whether a person or the AI handles the next step, everyone sees the same history.

One record in place of 4 to 6 point tools.

### AI Voice Agent: Every Call Answered. Every Lead Qualified

Union's voice AI answers, qualifies, checks availability and pricing, and books the tour, all in one conversation. After hours, weekends, peak season. When a prospect wants a person, the handoff is one step and the agent picks up with the full record.

100% of calls answered, vs. a 30 to 40% industry average.

[Explore Voice AI](https://www.gounion.com/voice-agent)

### AI Web Chat: Turn Website Visitors Into Qualified Leads

Juno answers questions on your site day and night, trained on your own knowledge base and tied to the live record. It handles neighborhood and lifestyle questions, captures the lead, and hands your team a warm, qualified prospect.

Live 24/7, trained on your knowledge base.

[Explore AI Web Chat](https://www.gounion.com/ai-web-chat)

### Agent Assist: Every Rep Answers Like Your Best One

Every rep answers like your best one. A real-time copilot for chat, SMS, and voice, Agent Assist pulls the right answer from your knowledge base and the prospect's record and surfaces it on the spot, so a day-one hire handles complex questions like a five-year veteran. Real-time answers across chat, SMS, and voice.

[Explore Agent Assist](https://www.gounion.com/agent-assist)

### Marketing: Spend Only on What Actually Leases

Your website, listings, and campaigns run on the same platform where the leads land. Every lead ties back to its source, so you can see which channels, properties, and campaigns turn into signed leases, not just clicks.

Attribution by source, agent, property, and campaign.

[Explore Marketing](https://www.gounion.com/marketing)

### Leasing & Applications: From Application to Signed Lease, in One Flow

Online applications, screening, income verification, document generation, and e-signature, all in the same system. Prospects book tours, whether agent-led, virtual, or self-guided, and move from inquiry to lease without bouncing between tools.

One application record, from first inquiry to signed lease.

[Explore Leasing & Applications](https://www.gounion.com/leasing)

### Renewals: Keep More Residents, With Less Manual Work

Renewals live on the same record as everything else, so renewal owners see the full resident history and send the right offer at the right time. No separate system, no re-keying, no resident falling through the cracks.

[Explore Renewals](https://www.gounion.com/renewals)

### Ancillary Revenue: New Revenue, Paid by Residents, at No Cost to You

Credit Builder reports residents' on-time rent to the credit bureaus, giving them a rising score and you a retention lever. Union Security Deposit swaps the lump-sum move-in deposit for a small monthly fee. Both are resident-funded, so they add income with no on-site lift.

## 1 in 4 Prospects Still Want a Person. Union Never Forces AI-Only.

Most renters are happy to let AI handle the call. The ones who aren't shouldn't have to. Union lets you decide where AI runs and where a person steps in, down to the property and channel.

### You Choose the Mix. Property, Channel, Workflow.

AI on inbound calls at one property. A centralized team on renewals at another. AI on delinquency outreach while a human owns the resident conversation. Every toggle lives in the platform, and you set the dial.

### No Dead Ends. Every Prospect Who Wants a Person Gets One.

When a prospect asks for a live agent, Union transfers them without dropping context. The AI stays on the line until the agent is ready, and the agent picks up with the full conversation already in view.

### The AI Doesn't Stop at the Lease.

The same AI that leases your units handles renewal nudges and delinquency outreach. It stays consistent, logged, and on schedule, while your team keeps the conversations that need a human.

You don't have to choose between operational excellence and your brand promise. With Union, you get both, on your terms.

## Revenue, Not Just Savings

Most platforms only cut cost. Union works both sides: resident-funded products bring in net-new revenue, and centralization takes real cost out.

### Credit Builder: Residents Build Credit, Operators Earn Revenue

Residents opt in at move-in, and Union reports their on-time rent to the credit bureaus on their behalf. Operators earn recurring revenue per enrolled resident, automatically, with no on-site lift. First revenue lands 45 to 60 days after kickoff, often before the rest of the platform is fully rolled out.

- First revenue within 45 to 60 days of kickoff
- Net-new revenue with zero on-site lift

Accredited Affinity Partner of the Arizona Multihousing Association, one of only three products it has accredited in over a decade.

### Union Security Deposit: Turn a Move-In Friction Point Into a Revenue Line

Instead of a lump-sum deposit, residents pay a small monthly fee, with funds held at Wells Fargo. Move-in friction drops, conversion improves, and you collect steady fee revenue with no deposit liability to hold on your books.

- Lower move-in cost for residents
- Full deposit management for operators

Available now.

### One Central Office. The Same Coverage. A Fraction of the Cost.

| Metric | Today | With Union |
|--------|-------|-----------|
| Properties | 4 | 4 |
| Leasing offices | 4 | 1 |
| Agents | 12 | 4 |
| Annual cost | $1.5M | $600K |

Centralize leasing into a single office and run the same properties with fewer, more specialized agents. Above-property teams work from the same record as on-site staff, so service holds while overhead drops.

## We Get on the Plane, Not on a Webinar

Union runs a small set of customers exceptionally well. That focus is the product. Our VP of Customer Success is on-site for every kickoff. Customers are in our Slack. The roadmap is built with them, not at them. New operators go live in 30 days.

- **30 days** — From kickoff to go-live

## A Few Questions Worth Asking

### What Makes Union's AI Different From an AI Bolt-On?

A bolt-on works from whatever the PMS shares with it, usually enough to know whether a number belongs to a prospect or a resident, not the full history. Union's AI is built into the CRM, so it has the full record every time. That's why 80% of Union's calls complete end to end without a handoff.

### Does Union Replace My PMS?

No. Union connects to your PMS and operates as the leasing and resident layer on top of it: CRM, AI, workflows, and revenue products. Your property management system stays intact, and Union integrates directly with all major PMS platforms.

### Is the AI Fair Housing Compliant?

Yes, and it's a design requirement, not a disclaimer. Union's AI is trained to respond consistently to every prospect, regardless of who is asking. Every interaction is logged, documented, and auditable.

### How Does Union Work With My Leasing Team?

You configure it to your operation. AI on or off by property, channel, or workflow. When a prospect requests a person, warm handoff transfers them without dropping the conversation. Agent Assist gives your team real-time guidance during live interactions, so new hires and veterans both perform at a higher level.

### How Long Does Implementation Take?

Most operators go live in 30 days. First revenue from Credit Builder or Union Security Deposit typically lands within 45 to 60 days, often before the full platform rollout is complete. Our VP of Customer Success is on-site for kickoff.

Leasing teams, chat AI, voice AI, and Agent Assist all work from the same record. Every interaction captured, every action logged. Human or AI, everyone knows exactly where the relationship stands.

## One record, every channel

- **Unified prospect timeline** — Calls, texts, emails, tours, and applications land on one record. No stitching across tools.
- **Agent Assist on every interaction** — AI-suggested replies surface on the record during live calls, chats, and SMS, so new hires perform like veterans.
- **Applications and screening on the record** — Document generation, e-signature, screening, and income verification happen in one flow, on the same record.
- **Human-or-AI, one source of truth** — When work passes between your team and the AI, nothing is dropped and nothing is duplicated.

## Key Stats

- 1 record replaces 4 to 6 point tools
- 100% interactions captured on the record
- 47 workflow events automated on the record
- 1 day median lead to application, versus 2 to 4 on legacy systems

## Why one record changes everything

Most CRMs were built to store contacts. Union was built to run leasing, with AI in the record from the first line of code.

**Built for leasing agents** — Pipelines, unit matching, and renewals are first-class, not bolted on. Your team works the way they already think.

**AI that sees the whole picture** — Because the AI lives on the same record, it answers with full context: the prospect's history, the unit they want, and what was promised on the last call.

# Every call answered. Every lead qualified.

Union's voice AI handles availability, pricing, and tour booking end-to-end — with warm handoff when a prospect wants a person.

[Book a demo](https://www.gounion.com/demo)

## A full conversation, not a phone tree

- **Answers on the first ring** — Every inbound call picked up. No voicemail, no missed lead, no after-hours gap.
- **Qualifies and books the tour** — Checks availability, quotes pricing, and schedules the tour inside the same call.
- **Warm human handoff** — When a prospect asks for a person, the AI stays on the line until your agent picks up, with full context intact.
- **Every call transcribed to the record** — Transcripts and outcomes land on the CRM record automatically, ready for the next touch.

## Key Stats

- 80% of calls handled end-to-end
- 100% call answer rate, day or night
- 24/7 coverage with zero added headcount

## Why it finishes the conversation

A bolt-on voice tool can only work from whatever the PMS exposes. Union's voice AI sees the full record at every point in the call.

That's the difference between a bot that takes a message and an agent that closes the loop: checking the right unit, honoring the last promise, and booking the tour before the prospect hangs up.

# Chat that knows the renter, not just the last message.

Generative AI chat that answers prospects day and night, then hands off warm to a person when one is needed. It works from your live data, so no conversation ever starts from zero.

[Book a demo](https://www.gounion.com/demo)

## No cold starts, ever

- **Generative, not scripted** — Drafts the next reply across chat, SMS, and voice, so agents answer fast without leaving the conversation.
- **Full CRM context** — Every reply is grounded in the prospect's history, live unit availability, and application status.
- **Knows when it is unsure** — Four knowledge states flag shaky information for re-verification instead of repeating it, where most tools track only confirmed versus unconfirmed.
- **Warm handoff, no dead ends** — The chat stays with the prospect until a person greets them, and anyone can reach a human when one is available.

## Key Stats

- **24/7** — Coverage, every prospect answered day or night
- **4** — Knowledge states that keep answers accurate
- **0** — Dead ends, every chat can reach a person

## A conversation, not a script

Bolt-on chat tools work from a copy of what your PMS exposes. They can tell a resident from a prospect and guess the stage, but they lose the thread the moment the question gets specific, and they restart every conversation from zero.

Union web chat lives inside the system of record, so it answers using the live data your CRM owns, is trained on a knowledge base your team controls with multi-step approval, and includes fair-housing guardrails on every message.

The renter gets a real answer the first time, and a person the moment they need one.

## Answer every prospect, day or night.

## Context at the moment of need

- **Real-time suggestions** — Drafts the next reply across chat, SMS, and voice, so agents answer fast without leaving the conversation.
- **Answers from the live record** — Every suggestion is grounded in the prospect's history, unit availability, and application status, not a generic script.
- **Day-one readiness** — New hires handle complex prospect questions on their first shift, with no months-long ramp.
- **One person, full-team coverage** — At small properties where the manager also runs maintenance, Agent Assist lets one person respond like a full team.

## Key Metrics

- Day 1: New hires answer complex questions on their first shift
- 3: Channels covered: chat, SMS, and voice
- 50%+: Entry-level leasing turnover Agent Assist is built for

## A veteran on every shift

Most leasing tools hand a new agent a script and a login. The hard questions still route to whoever has been there the longest, and service quality tracks tenure.

Because Agent Assist runs on the same data model as your CRM, it surfaces the right answer at the moment of need, grounded in the live record and your own knowledge base, with fair-housing guardrails on every drafted message.

A day-one hire answers as if they have been there for years.

## From impression to lease, attributed

- **ILS syndication** — Push and manage listings across the major ILSs from one place.
- **Review management** — Monitor and respond to reviews where reputation turns into tours.
- **True source attribution** — Every lead and every lease rolls up by source, agent, property, and campaign.
- **Spend that follows outcomes** — Shift budget toward the campaigns that produce leases, not just clicks.

## Key metrics

- 1:1 — Lead-to-lease attribution
- 4 — Dimensions every number rolls up by
- Cost per lease — Measured, not cost per click

## Attribution you can act on

When marketing and leasing live in different systems, attribution is a reconciliation project. In Union it's just the record.

Because the lead's source travels with it all the way to the signed lease, you can finally see cost per lease, not cost per click, and move spend accordingly.

# Price against the market, not a guess.

Compete tracks competitor pricing and availability in your submarket and alerts you when the market moves, so pricing and concession decisions run on live data, in the same platform you lease from.

[Book a demo](https://www.gounion.com/demo)

## Live data where you make the call

- **Competitor pricing tracking** — See what comparable units in your submarket are asking, refreshed continuously.
- **Availability signals** — Watch supply tighten or loosen before it shows up in your occupancy.
- **Market-move alerts** — Get notified the moment the submarket shifts, so you can adjust price and concessions in time.
- **Decisions in one platform** — Intelligence sits next to leasing; no spreadsheets to export.

## Key Stats

- **Live** — Submarket pricing, not a quarterly report
- **Real-time** — Alerts when the market moves
- **1 tab** — Intelligence and leasing together

## Stop pricing in the rearview mirror

Most pricing decisions lean on data that's weeks old. By the time it lands, the submarket has already moved.

Compete keeps competitor pricing and availability in front of you continuously, and because it lives where you lease, acting on it is one step, not a separate workflow.

# Application to signed lease, in one flow.

Application, screening, income verification, documents, and e-signature in one place, on the same live record your CRM and AI already share. No separate screening tool, no re-keying, no lost status.

[Book a demo](https://www.gounion.com/demo)

## Everything the lease needs, in one place

- **Application to lease in one flow** — Application, screening, income verification, documents, and e-signature, all in one place instead of bouncing between systems.
- **Built-in screening and verification** — Credit and background screening through TransUnion and income verification through Mastercard, run inside the application, not a separate vendor.
- **Live application status** — Agents and the AI both see where every applicant stands, so no one re-checks another system to answer a question.
- **Made for centralized teams** — Saved, filtered views by property and agent let a centralized leasing office pull the exact queue it needs in one click.

## Key Stats

- **5** — Steps in one flow: application, screening, income verification, documents, e-signature
- **1** — System of record, application status live for agents and the AI alike
- **0** — Re-keying between a leasing CRM and a separate screening tool

## One flow, not a handoff

In most stacks, leasing and applications live in different tools. The leasing team works on one system, the application and screening run in another, and the status falls out of sync between them. Applicants get asked for the same thing twice, and an agent has to log in elsewhere to answer a simple question.

Union runs the entire path on a single record. The application, screening through TransUnion, income verification through Mastercard, document generation, and e-signature all happen in the same system your CRM and AI already use. Status is always current, the AI can answer applicant questions because it sees where they stand, and centralized teams work a single filtered queue instead of chasing updates across systems.

# Every renewal starts with the whole relationship.

The renewal lives on the same record as the lease and every conversation before it, so a resident is never a stranger at renewal time. Keep a person on the conversation while AI handles routine outreach, on your terms.

[Book a demo](https://www.gounion.com/demo)

## The relationship doesn't reset at renewal

- **Full resident history on the renewal** — Every renewal opens with the resident's entire relationship, leasing, residency, and prior conversations, not a blank record.
- **You decide AI versus human** — Keep a person on the renewal conversation while AI handles routine outreach like delinquency notices, set by property, channel, or workflow.
- **Dedicated renewal owners** — Specialist renewal teams see the same record as on-site staff, so centralizing renewals does not cost you context.
- **Outreach with guardrails** — AI Compose drafts renewal SMS and email with fair-housing guardrails, so outreach is fast and compliant.

## Key Stats

- **4** — Ways to set the AI-versus-human mix: property, time, channel, workflow
- **1** — Record, the resident's full history from first tour through renewal
- **0** — Cold starts, every renewal opens with the whole relationship

## A renewal, not a re-introduction

When the renewal lives in a different system from leasing, the resident effectively starts over. The history of the residency, the service requests, the earlier conversations, none of it follows them into the renewal, and the team works from a thin record at the exact moment the relationship matters most.

In Union, the renewal is just the next chapter on the same record. The team sees the full residency, the AI can handle routine outreach while a person owns the renewal conversation, and centralized renewal specialists work from the same record as on-site staff. The resident feels known, and the operator keeps the dial on how much is AI and how much is human.

## Make renewals a continuation, not a restart.

## Net-new income, zero on-site lift

- **Union Security Deposit** — Residents pay a small monthly fee instead of a lump-sum move-in deposit, with funds held at Wells Fargo.
- **Credit Builder** — Reports residents' on-time rent payments to the credit bureaus, so paying rent builds their score.
- **Resident-funded, zero operator cost** — Net-new, high-margin revenue with no added on-site work and no cost to the operator.
- **Land and expand** — The fastest, lowest-friction way to start with Union, then grow into the full platform.

## Key Stats

- **$0** — Cost to the operator, fully resident-funded
- **45 to 60** — Days to first ancillary revenue, often before full rollout
- **3** — Products the Arizona Multihousing Association has accredited over the past decade include Credit Builder.

## A service, not a junk fee

Ancillary revenue in this industry usually means nickel-and-diming residents with junk fees. Union built products residents actually benefit from: a deposit alternative that frees up cash at move-in, and rent reporting that raises a resident's credit score for paying on time.

Residents fund them, so the revenue is net-new at no cost to the operator. Union manages them in-platform, so the on-site team does nothing. First revenue lands 45 to 60 days after kickoff, often before the full platform is even live.

Credit Builder is also one of only three products the Arizona Multihousing Association has accredited in over a decade.

title: About Union | The AI-Powered CRM for Multifamily
url: https://www.gounion.com/about
description: Union is the AI-powered CRM that runs the entire renter journey, built in-house alongside operators since 2018. One data model, one tab.
---

# We're operators who became technologists.

Built, not acquired.

Union is the AI-powered CRM that runs the entire renter journey: marketing, AI leasing, renewals, and vacates, on one data model and one tab.

## The moment

Multifamily is at an inflection point. Rent growth has flattened, costs keep climbing, and entry-level leasing turnover runs above 50%. Owners are pushing operators to centralize. AI is no longer optional.

The software stack is the bottleneck. Four to six disconnected systems each hold a slice of the renter, and none of them fully agree. The point-solution era is now consolidating, and everyone claims the whole renter journey. The real question is no longer coverage. It is architecture: one system on one data model, or several systems wired together to look like one.

## Our origin

We did not build Union in a lab. We started in 2018 by building alongside an operator partner, refining every product with the people who actually use it. First property websites, then a CRM, then AI, then the full lifecycle.

Our team has run leasing offices, centralized operations, and managed multi-property portfolios. We are not consultants. We know the work because we have done the work.

## What we believe

Operators should be able to run the entire renter journey on one platform, choosing how much AI and how much human at every touchpoint, with a live agent always one warm handoff away. No sacrificing the white-glove brand promise. No trading one fragmented stack for another.

## Why one system matters

Most multifamily tools now claim the full journey. They split it across systems: a leasing CRM riding on the PMS, an AI overlay working from a synced copy of your data, and a PMS suite stitched together from acquired modules.

Union is the only one where the CRM and the AI are the same product on a single data model. Because we built the CRM, the AI can see everything it sees. It acts on the live record, not a copy that is always a step behind.

That is what "built, not acquired" means. One codebase. One AI engine. One source of truth.

## How we build

Every product is engineered in-house from a single codebase. There are no acquisitions to bolt together and no inherited systems to keep alive. That is rare in proptech, and it is why our AI can act on the live record rather than a copy.

We are a global team, building from the USA, Mexico, Eastern Europe, Asia, and India, and we ship new capabilities every sprint. The team stays close to the people who use the product: engineers and product managers sit in customer Slack channels and hear the work firsthand.

We hire operators who have become technologists and technologists who want to understand the operation. The bar is the same either way: build something an operator would actually choose.

## A partner, not a vendor

Adopting AI is a career-defining decision, so we show up for it. New customers go live in about 30 days. Our VP of Customer Success is on-site for the kickoff, not on a webinar. Customers sit in our Slack channels for daily, direct access, and the roadmap is built with their input. We made 46 customer trips in 2025. First revenue from resident-funded products lands within 45 to 60 days.

You are buying a partner measured on your outcomes, not a vendor you have to manage.

## Built for real operations

Union runs real leasing and resident operations every day, not pilots. The platform screens applicants through TransUnion, verifies income through Mastercard, and holds Union Security Deposit funds at Wells Fargo. It connects to the systems operators already run, including Yardi, RealPage, ResMan, and Entrata.

Credit Builder is an accredited Affinity Partner of the Arizona Multihousing Association, one of only three products the AMA has accredited in over a decade. Independent validation that what we ship is real.

## Our timeline

- **2018** — Union founded. Property marketing websites go live.
- **2019** — CRM launches.
- **2020** — Self-guided tours, call tracking and scoring, and AI Chat launch.
- **2022** — Leasing launches.
- **Today** — One platform runs the entire renter journey: marketing, AI chat and voice, CRM, applications, leasing, renewals, and resident-funded revenue.

## We're just getting started.

If you run multifamily, let us show you what one system can do. If you build software and want a real problem with total ownership, come build it with us.

# Work at Union

Fully remote, talent forward, customer obsessed, product focused.

All positions fully remote.

## Our mission

Union's mission is to help our customers make lasting, substantial improvements in their performance, and to build a great firm that attracts, develops, excites, and retains exceptional people.

## Our purpose

Union's purpose is to help create positive, enduring change in the lives of our employees. That means freedom of work — the when, how, and where of your choosing — and sharing in the financial upside.

## Why work at Union

We are creating something wonderful that matters — helping others find homes.

### Fully remote

A global team spanning Mexico, Ukraine, Kenya, China, India, the USA, and the Netherlands. Work when, how, and where you choose.

### Meaningful equity

Company-wide profit sharing, so everyone shares in the financial upside we build together.

### Kindness matters

We hire for kindness as much as for talent — kind, smart people who lift the whole team.

> Union is a reflection of its people and their goals — kind, smart, and redefining an industry.
>
> — Ethan Lacey, CEO of Union

## Open roles

We are picky about whom we hire. Send a brief note and a link to your LinkedIn profile, and tell us what you would want to work on.

### Senior Software Engineer

Engineering · Full-time

Full-stack engineers, fluent in Django, React, and problem solving. Kindness matters.

#### About the role

You'll work end-to-end across our platform — a production-scale multifamily CRM serving leasing teams, property managers, and residents. One week you might be shaping a Celery pipeline that syncs lease data from Yardi or RealPage; the next, building a React surface on our Union Design System, or wiring up an AI agent that answers prospect questions over Twilio voice. We ship continuously, own our features in production, and care as much about how we treat each other as about the code.

#### What you'll work on

- Full-stack features across a Django 4.2 / Django REST Framework backend and a React 19 + TypeScript frontend
- Asynchronous workflows with Celery + RabbitMQ — communications, vendor syncs, reporting, screening
- Integrations with the systems multifamily runs on: Yardi, ResMan, RealPage, TransUnion, Twilio, Nylas, Basis Theory, OpenAI
- Data modeling and performance against PostgreSQL 15 + PostGIS, with Redis caching and Algolia search
- Frontend work on our internal Union Design System, including the ongoing migration off legacy UI libraries

#### What we're looking for

- Several years building and shipping production web applications full-stack
- Strong Python/Django and React/TypeScript fundamentals — comfortable owning a feature from data model to UI
- Solid grasp of relational data modeling, REST API design, and async/background processing
- Care for testing and quality (we use pytest + factory-boy on the backend, Jest + Testing Library + Playwright on the frontend) and clean, reviewable code
- A bias toward solving the customer's actual problem, and the kindness to do it as a teammate

#### Nice to have

- Experience with third-party API integrations at scale, or with PropTech / fintech / payments
- Familiarity with our stack's edges: PostGIS, Celery at scale, Sentry/Datadog observability, AWS (CodeBuild/CodeDeploy, S3), or LLM-backed product features
- Multifamily or real estate domain knowledge

### Account Manager

Customer Success · Full-time

People pleasing, problem solvers who operate with a deft touch and attention to detail.

#### About the role

You own the health and happiness of your customer accounts. Multifamily teams adopt Union to solve staffing shortages, cut cost per lead, and let residents self-serve — and you're the person who makes sure they get there and stay there. You'll onboard new customers, run the relationship day to day, head off issues before they become problems, and quietly make hard things feel easy for the people you serve.

#### What you'll work on

- Own a portfolio of multifamily accounts end-to-end — onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth
- Be the trusted point of contact: responsive, organized, and genuinely helpful
- Understand each customer's goals and configure Union to meet them, coordinating with Support, Product, and Consulting as needed
- Monitor account health, run check-ins and reviews, and surface opportunities to expand value
- Triage and shepherd issues to resolution with a deft touch and meticulous follow-through
- Feed customer signal back into the product

#### What we're looking for

- Account management, customer success, or client services experience — ideally with B2B SaaS
- A people-pleasing, problem-solving instinct: you take ownership and make customers feel taken care of
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization across many moving accounts
- Clear, warm communication and the patience to teach
- Comfort with software and the curiosity to learn a deep platform

#### Nice to have

- Experience in multifamily real estate, PropTech, or property management software
- Familiarity with CRM, leasing, or resident-facing tools

### Senior Consultant

Sales · Full-time

Seasoned senior consultants with multifamily real estate and business transformation experience.

#### About the role

You're the bridge between Union's platform and the operators who depend on it. You'll partner with multifamily owners, operators, and on-site teams to rethink how they capture demand, convert leads, and run their leasing and resident operations — then make it real in the product. This is hands-on transformation work: you'll lead discovery, design new workflows, drive adoption, and stay close enough to the numbers to prove the impact.

#### What you'll work on

- Lead engagements with multifamily clients — leasing offices, regional teams, and ownership — from discovery through rollout
- Map current-state leasing and operations processes and design the future state on Union's CRM
- Translate operational goals (faster lead response, lower cost per lead, higher self-service, reduced staffing pressure) into concrete configurations and playbooks
- Drive change management and adoption across distributed on-site teams
- Partner with Product and Engineering to turn recurring client needs into platform improvements
- Track outcomes and tell the story with data

#### What we're looking for

- Deep multifamily real estate experience — you understand leasing, the prospect-to-resident journey, on-site team dynamics, and PMS realities (Yardi, RealPage, ResMan)
- A track record in business / operational transformation — you've changed how organizations work, not just advised on it
- Comfort with CRM and leasing technology, and the credibility to coach operators through change
- Clear communication with everyone from a leasing agent to a portfolio owner
- A consultative, kind, low-ego approach to hard organizational problems

#### Nice to have

- Prior experience at a PropTech or multifamily software/services company
- Familiarity with lead nurture, marketing attribution, screening, or revenue/billing workflows

# Product updates

What's new in Union, every week.

## Week of May 25–31

Released Sunday, May 31, 2026

This week brings more control over how your properties are set up, from renters insurance to unit-level detail, plus a smoother handoff between Juno and your team in live chat.

### Highlights

#### Require renters insurance, your way

There's a new per-property setting for renters insurance, on by default. Leave it on and nothing changes. Turn it off at a community where it isn't required, and the deposit-option descriptions applicants see update on their own to match. It's a small switch that keeps what residents read in step with how each property actually operates.

#### A full transaction history at the unit level

When Delinquency is active, a new Unit Ledger tab gives you the complete financial picture for a unit (charges, credits, payments, and deposits) synced straight from ResMan. Instead of piecing together where a balance came from, your team can open one tab and see the whole story, which makes delinquency conversations faster and better informed.

#### Amenities, now down to the unit

Amenities are no longer a floor-plan-only affair. New Units and Amenities tabs in Property Settings let you capture exactly what each individual home offers, so listings reflect the real differences between units. It's a more precise way to show prospects what makes a particular apartment the one.

#### A cleaner handoff to your team in live chat

Once a live agent joins a chat, Juno now steps back for the rest of that conversation. The prospect stays with your team from that point on, with no risk of the assistant rejoining mid-thread — so the moment a person takes over feels like a genuine handoff.

### Communications & Voice AI

**Your callers, your words.** A new per-property setting lets you edit the spoken main-menu message callers hear, so the greeting reflects each community's own tone rather than a fixed phrase. Default wording stays in place until you change it.

**More flexible spam and vendor tagging.** A new property setting expands when agents can mark a call as vendor or spam, covering either unknown callers or unknown callers plus new prospects, so your call reporting stays clean.

### Live Chat & Notifications

**The chat status reflects who's really there.** After a takeover task is created from a delinquency automation, the conversation status now switches from Juno to Agent, so it's always clear whether a person or the assistant is handling the chat.

### Leasing & Applications

**Application links you can trace.** Application links sent by the AI now use a uniquely generated URL with a tracking token, so you can see where each application is coming from and attribute it correctly.

### Credit Builder

**Auto-enrollment waits for go-live.** Credit Builder now confirms a property's launch date has arrived before auto-enrolling anyone, so residents are only enrolled once the program is truly live at their community.

**A heads-up before edits in the resident portal.** Residents whose profiles sync from a PMS now see a clear warning before editing their name, email, or phone in the Credit Builder portal, since the next sync would otherwise replace those changes.

**Program cost stays in sync.** The Credit Builder program cost shown on addenda now pulls directly from your Credit Builder property settings, so the price residents see always matches what you've configured.

### Tasks & Views

**Tasks close themselves when the work is done.** Tasks tied to a workflow, like adding a resident, now complete automatically once that workflow finishes, so your task list reflects what's actually outstanding.

### Marketing & Property Sites

**Yelp leads don't go cold.** For Yelp leads with masked contact details, the system now reminds agents at 25 and 29 days and adds a note at 30 days, so your team captures real contact info before the masked details expire.

**Reuse your points of interest across sites.** A new switch on corporate sites lets you reuse your corporate points-of-interest list on standalone sites, so you don't have to rebuild neighborhood detail site by site.

**Google ratings stay current.** Properties' Google review ratings now sync into the platform and refresh on a regular cadence, keeping reputation data up to date without anyone updating it by hand.

### ResMan & PMS Integrations

**Resident status reflects your PMS.** Canceled Yardi residents are now correctly handled as former residents, so resident status in the platform mirrors what's in your PMS.

### Smaller Updates This Week

A few finishing touches rounded out the week: the Delinquency Manager overview now labels the figure "Balance" rather than "Unpaid Rent" for clarity, the in-app assistant chat pane lines up cleanly with the navigation ribbon, and the new Task Views experience picked up another round of pre-release polish.

---

## Week of May 18–24

Released Sunday, May 24, 2026

Voice AI takes center stage this week — smarter on calls, steadier under pressure, and more helpful to the agents working alongside it.

### Highlights

#### Cleaner handoffs from the virtual agent

When the virtual agent transfers a caller to your on-site team, it now steps off the line completely. The moment your agent picks up, the conversation is theirs alone, a crisp and private handoff with no lingering third presence on the call. It's the kind of detail the caller never notices and your team always appreciates.

#### Juno can talk about applications

Union Voice AI now understands application questions, not just prospect inquiries. Behind the scenes, you can build one set of voice prompts and share it across many properties at once, instead of editing each community one at a time. That means callers further along in their journey get helpful, on-topic answers, and your team manages it all from a single place.

#### Voice Assist listens to the whole conversation

Voice Assist now follows both sides of a live call, caller and agent alike, and feeds the full conversation into its suggestions, so the guidance it surfaces actually fits where the call is going. There's also a new View Units button that opens the property profile with available units already expanded, so an agent can answer "what's available?" without missing a beat.

#### Richer neighborhood detail on property maps

The neighborhood points of interest shown on property maps are now more complete and current — the right nearby businesses, accurate listings, and a working grocery filter. Prospects exploring a community get a truer sense of the area around their potential new home.

### Union Voice AI

**Calls keep running, even when a provider doesn't.** Juno now falls back automatically across its voice, transcription, and language services, so if one outside provider has a rough moment, the call carries on without a hitch.

**Knowledge updates reach Juno on their own.** When a property's knowledge changes, Juno picks up the update automatically, so callers hear answers that reflect the latest information.

**Agents stay ready for the next call.** Agent availability now stays accurate, so your team remains reachable for incoming calls instead of getting stuck in an unavailable state.

### Tasks & Views

**Task Views is getting ready for everyone.** We put a round of polish and power-user-requested improvements into Task Views ahead of its full rollout, so it's in great shape when it reaches your whole team.

**Union Voice AI's tasks show who owns them.** Overdue tasks assigned to Union Voice AI now appear correctly in the All Tasks view rather than looking unassigned, so nothing seems to fall through the cracks.

### Leasing & Lease Actions

**Renewal offers create their own follow-ups.** Completing a renewal offer now automatically generates the right agent tasks (like starting the renewal flow or adding and removing residents), so the new renewal experience always has clear next steps.

**Arizona utility billing addendum, updated for 2026.** The AZ Utility Billing Addendum now includes a configurable utility-provider change-notice period, wired correctly into the relevant clauses.

### Delinquency AI

**A safety net when automation can't reach a resident.** If a delinquency message can't be delivered automatically, Delinquency AI now creates a takeover task prompting an agent to step in, so a missed message turns into a clear action rather than silence.

### Reporting & Analytics

**Lead-to-Lease exports arrive in your inbox.** Running the Lead-to-Lease export from Admin now starts the job and emails you the finished file, with the same full set of metrics as the scheduled report — leads, tours, leases, conversion rates, call answer rate, and average call score.

### Lead Management & Automations

**Assignment respects the current owner.** When a lead schedules a tour and leaves a nurture sequence, assignment now checks whether the current owner is available before handing the lead elsewhere, so relationships your team has already built stay intact.

### ResMan & PMS Integrations

**Clearer reasons when a sync doesn't go through.** Lead syncs now surface specific failure reasons — including missing lost reasons and ResMan-side errors — so you and Support can pinpoint and resolve an issue quickly.

### Property Settings & Configuration

**Shared notes stay within your organization.** Notes set to be visible across properties now stay scoped to your own organization, keeping shared context where it belongs.

### Smaller Updates This Week

Several small touches smoothed out the week: the agent-type filter now selects itself based on the property you're viewing, note styles hold their formatting, scoring metrics count only active questions, inbound-call ringtone handling is tidier, and a few navigation and focus details across the new Views experience feel more settled.

### Behind the Scenes

We added proactive monitoring for inbound call health, with alerts that catch a drop in call volume or an outage during business hours — so issues get spotted and addressed before they reach you.

---

## Week of May 11–17

Released Sunday, May 17, 2026

A big week for renewals and for the moments that matter most — emergency calls, tour timing, and the messages your team sends every day.

### Highlights

#### A renewal flow built around real households

Renewals just got a lot more flexible. Each resident on a lease can now make their own decision (renew, give notice, or still deciding) through their own personalized link, and you can add or remove residents with application invites right from the offer. Along the way you can request a profile refresh, kick off a notice-to-vacate, and watch every decision land on an updated renewal manager and status screen. New "decision received" email and text confirmations keep residents in the loop. It's a cleaner foundation for multi-resident units, where one roommate's choice shouldn't muddy everyone else's.

#### Emergency calls reach your team instantly

When the voice assistant recognizes an emergency and tells a caller to hang up and dial 911, it now immediately texts that property's managers with a summary, a link to the call recording, the unit, and the caller's number. The alert goes only to the managers at that community, so the right people know right away and an urgent moment never goes unnoticed.

#### Set how much notice you need for tours

You can now choose how much advance notice an in-person tour booking requires, anywhere from none up to 24 hours, on a per-property basis. Prospects can still book themselves, but only into slots your team has time to prepare for. It's a small setting that gives on-site staff real control over their day.

### Communications & Voice AI

**SMS templates are right there when you need them.** Selecting an SMS template now works smoothly throughout a long working session, so agents can reach for the right message without missing a beat.

**Reactivated leads go to a person.** When a lead comes back to life, ownership now hands off to a live agent rather than staying with the AI, so follow-up replies come from your team with the full context.

### Leasing & Lease Actions

**Nevada leases are up to date.** We refreshed Nevada lease language and added clear monthly line items (building and facilities, third-party utility billing, and Credit Builder), with subtotals that now fold in every charge correctly.

### Credit Builder

**Opt-out sticks through renewal.** A resident who's opted out of Credit Builder now stays opted out when their lease renews, so their choice carries forward without anyone having to re-confirm it.

### Site & Public Pages

**Booking buttons point where they should.** On select property sites, the tour booking buttons on floor plan and pricing pages now route to the correct booking destination, so prospects reach scheduling without a detour.

**Careers pages are easier to browse.** Corporate careers pages got cleaner department and location filters, working category links, and a smoother mobile layout — so candidates see every opening and reach the role they're after.

### Reporting & Analytics

**Response rate, with lease context.** The response-rate drilldown now includes lease details, so you can connect engagement to outcomes without leaving the report.

### Navigation & Search

**Ledger and Claims, one click away.** The new navigation bar now includes direct links to the Ledger and Claims portals, putting those tools within easy reach.

### Smaller Updates This Week

A handful of refinements tidied up the edges: follow-up date sorting now holds steady as you page through tasks, newly enabled Task Views show up without a refresh, charges-posted detail links are easier to follow, the call minutes column in the calls report CSV reads more cleanly, and approved claims now lock to protect a completed decision.

---

## Week of May 4–10

Released Sunday, May 10, 2026

This week leans into keeping leads in play, sharpening Credit Builder accuracy, and giving your reports and tours a little more polish.

### Highlights

#### Leads get a second life

A lead you'd marked as lost isn't always gone for good. Now, when one of those leads calls back in or books a tour, the system brings them back to active on its own and routes them to a person to pick up the conversation. Your team sees re-engaged prospects surface again automatically, without anyone hunting through closed records to revive them. It's a quieter way to make sure a renewed spark of interest doesn't slip past you.

#### A friendly nudge before rent is due

Delinquency AI can now reach out ahead of the due date. For residents who've run late before, it sends a gentle email and text reminder in the days leading up to rent, and you decide how far in advance each one goes out. It's a softer, earlier touch that helps residents stay current and keeps fewer accounts sliding into delinquency.

#### Download the Avg Call Score report

The Avg Call Score report now has a Download button. Pull your call-scoring data out to CSV — filters and permissions respected — so you can examine it in a spreadsheet. Reporting you could only view before now comes with you.

#### FaceTime tours hold their place on the calendar

Schedule a FaceTime tour and it now books real time on the agent's calendar, counting toward concurrent-tour limits just like an in-person visit. Calendars also respond correctly when an outside event flips to busy, so a slot that should be taken shows as taken. Tours land where they belong and double-bookings stay off the table.

### Communications & Voice AI

**Initial calls stay attached to the lead.** When a call comes in and a lead is saved, that first call now stays linked to the right lead record, so your earliest touchpoint is always there in the history.

### Tours & Scheduling

**A clearer picture of toured leads.** The Tours table on the Overview report now includes a Current Status column, so you can see at a glance whether a toured lead is active, lost, or leased.

### Credit Builder

**Add People charges only the right residents.** When you add people to a lease, Credit Builder now checks eligibility before applying a charge, so applicants who never complete their application aren't billed for the program.

**The plan screen shows your property's branding.** The Credit Builder plan modal now displays the correct property logo as you move between properties, so residents always see the community they're actually in.

**Monthly credit-bureau reporting reflects opt-outs accurately.** Residents who opt out partway through the month are now correctly excluded from that month's bureau submission, keeping reporting aligned with each resident's current choice.

### Leasing & Lease Actions

**Notice-to-vacate goes to the right signers.** Pending residents are no longer asked to sign the notice-to-vacate document, so the signing list matches who's actually on the lease.

### Lead Management & Automations

**Auto-mark-lost is more consistent.** The automation that marks stale leads as lost now keys off your per-property automation settings, so it applies evenly across the leads you've set it up for.

**Nurture messages start reliably.** The first message in a nurture sequence now generates dependably, so prospects get that opening outreach right on schedule.

### Property Settings & Configuration

**Private notes stay private.** Notes set to "Me only" now stay scoped to you, so personal notes don't appear to other properties.

**Renaming a property leaves your lead email flowing.** Updating a property's name no longer affects the behind-the-scenes ID that routes incoming lead emails, so renaming a community is safe and your leads keep arriving.

**Deposit options follow the property.** Deposit-alternative options now activate only once a property is enabled for them, so residents only hear about programs that are actually live at their community.

### Site & Public Pages

**Fees show up on standalone floor plan pages.** Prospects browsing a standalone property site now see fees right on the floor plan page, giving them the full cost picture earlier in their search.

### ResMan & PMS Integrations

**Floor plan names read the way you'd expect.** ResMan floor plans can now show a friendly display name rather than an internal identifier, so the labels prospects and staff see make sense — while lookups keep working behind the scenes.

**Cleaner records syncing back to your PMS.** Auto-generated names from AI interactions no longer overwrite real prospect records in ResMan, keeping your resident and prospect data accurate on both sides.

### Smaller Updates This Week

A few smaller refinements rounded out the week: weekly and monthly lead exports now use clean calendar-month boundaries so the date ranges match what you'd expect, editing your own access to a property you've selected in the multi-property view is smoother, and Credit Builder re-enrollment now checks the eligibility window more precisely.

### Behind the Scenes

Credit Builder charge posting to RealPage is now more durable, so charges make their way through reliably even if a sync hits a bump along the way.

---

## Week of April 27 – May 3

Released Sunday, May 3, 2026

This week the AI writes better outreach, your phone work counts where it should, and pre-launch communities get the visibility they need.

### Highlights

#### A sharper AI email composer

The AI email composer just got a real upgrade. Messages come out with a confident, sales-minded tone, pull better answers from your settings and knowledge, and include ready-to-click Apply Now, Tour Now, and View Availability buttons. It also generates faster and reaches for a real answer far more often. Every email your team sends with it does more to move a prospect forward.

#### Answered calls count toward engagement

Inbound calls answered by an agent — directly, or after the AI transfers them — now count toward your engagement and response-time metrics, while AI-only calls correctly don't. The work your team puts in on the phone is now fully reflected in your numbers, which is exactly how it should be.

#### AI replies that link straight to action

Leasing AI replies now include working tour and apply links, sent once and cleanly, so prospects can take the next step right from your message. It's a smoother path from a great reply to a booked tour or a started application.

#### Reporting for pre-launch communities

Communities that haven't launched yet now get a focused reporting view — lead counts over any date range, plus basic response-time engagement — with the rest tucked away until launch. You get a clear read on early interest while a property is still getting ready.

### Reporting & Analytics

**Dependable Workforce reports.** The Workforce report now loads reliably on multi-property runs, and a report that comes back empty regenerates on its own rather than showing a blank screen.

**Bigger lead exports, no waiting.** Lead exports now handle much larger volumes smoothly, so even your widest pulls come through.

### Delinquency AI

**Make sure messages can reach residents.** The pipeline now flags any resident missing an email or phone with a quick tooltip, prompting your team to add what's needed so delinquency messages actually land.

**Certified-funds residents stay off the list.** Residents who pay by certified funds only are now detected automatically each month and kept out of delinquency messaging, so they only hear from you when it's relevant.

### Lead Management & Automations

**Follow-up notes close their own tasks.** Logging a note with "Mark as follow-up" turned on now automatically completes the matching open follow-up task, saving your team a step.

### Navigation & Search

**A navigation that fits.** Site-only customers now see a navigation tailored to them, without buttons for features they don't use.

### Smaller Updates This Week

One more refinement: creating notes in a profile is now quick and reliable, even on busier accounts.

---

## Week of April 20–26

Released Sunday, April 26, 2026

This week adds a place to keep your team's notes, makes every inbound call easy to answer, and lets your reports speak in your own assistant's voice.

### Highlights

#### A shared place for notes

The property profile now has a dedicated Notes mode — a scratchpad your team can actually organize. Create, edit, reorder, and copy notes, and set exactly who sees each one: just you, all agents, or specific properties. You can even start a chat with your AI assistant right from the same spot. It's the kind of everyday tool that keeps a team's shared knowledge in one tidy, reliable place.

#### Every inbound call is easy to answer

Inbound calls now ring through with a clear answer prompt, every time, so your team can pick up the moment a prospect reaches out. Each call is captured cleanly in the record too, which means fewer missed connections and a fuller history of who called.

#### Reports speak in your assistant's voice

Your reports now use your own AI assistant's name. The AI Overview and Delinquency reports show the assistant name you use everywhere else, so what your team reads in the data matches what your residents and prospects experience.

### Credit Builder

**Reliable enrollment from Yardi.** Residents syncing from Yardi now enroll in Credit Builder dependably, with the nightly data pull split per property for steady, consistent syncing.

**Clearer guidance in the portal.** The Credit Builder portal now checks entries as they're made and explains plainly what needs attention, so residents and agents get helpful direction instead of a generic message.

**Accurate opt-outs and charges.** We tightened how opt-outs and charges reconcile across units, so a resident's choice and billing always line up.

### Delinquency AI

**Right message, right time.** Delinquency success messages now send at the correct moment within your automation's allowed window, so residents hear from you on schedule.

### Leasing & Lease Actions

**Arizona utility billing addendum for 2026.** The 2026 Arizona Utility Billing addendum is now available in the document library, ready to include in lease signing.

### Navigation & Search

**Pick up where you left off.** After login, the platform now brings you back to the property and page you were last working in, so you're ready to go without re-navigating.

### Smaller Updates This Week

Behind the scenes, we continued polishing the upcoming Task Views experience — saved views now surface in the property selector and load without needing a refresh — so it's in great shape ahead of its full release.

---

## Week of April 13–19

Released Sunday, April 19, 2026

This week sharpens the details prospects notice first — leads that arrive ready to contact, a clear cue on voicemail, and honest pricing on your floor plan pages.

### Highlights

#### Yelp leads arrive ready to contact

Leads coming in through Yelp are now far more useful from the start. The chatbot asks a short set of qualifying questions and captures the prospect's real name, phone, and email — logging the full exchange to the activity notes — so your team can follow up directly instead of working around masked contact details. Every Yelp inquiry turns into a prospect you can actually reach.

#### A clear cue to leave a message

When Juno invites a caller to leave a message, they can now hear a familiar voicemail-style beep first, so there's no guessing about when to start talking. It's an optional touch you can switch on per property, and it makes leaving a message feel completely natural.

#### Honest monthly costs on floor plan pages

Floor plan pages can now show a full monthly cost summary — base rent plus every recurring fee, with clear handling when something doesn't apply. Prospects see the real monthly number while they're still browsing, which builds trust early and saves everyone a surprise later.

### Communications & Voice AI

**A simpler maintenance menu.** We streamlined the default maintenance-request prompt so callers hear only the options that apply to most communities, with specialized routing still available where it's needed.

### Lead Management & Automations

**New lead sources, attributed correctly.** Leads from a newly added listing partner now map to their own source, so your team can see exactly where each prospect came from.

**Auto-marked leads sync cleanly.** Leads that automation marks as lost now carry a default reason, so they record correctly and flow through to your PMS without a hitch.

### Leasing & Applications

**Move-in dates respect the calendar.** Choosing a move-in date now consistently skips closed holidays and honors business hours, even when the available window stretches beyond a month, so applicants only pick dates you can actually accommodate.

**Nevada leases updated for compliance.** We refreshed the Nevada lease agreement with the required fee table, per-utility line items, an electric-provider disclaimer, and clearer payment and proration language.

### Site & Public Pages

**Reuse your points of interest.** Standalone sites can now reuse the curated points-of-interest list from your corporate site with a single toggle, so neighborhood detail doesn't have to be rebuilt site by site.

### Property Settings & Configuration

**Manage access for every user.** You can now save property-access changes for team members who don't have an email on file, so setting up and adjusting access always goes through.

### Smaller Updates This Week

Behind the headline work, we also laid groundwork to speed up the Workforce Dashboard for teams pulling many properties across wide date ranges, so heavy reports feel quicker over time.

## Week of April 6–12

Released Sunday, April 12, 2026

A big week for the front door of your communities: Juno understands what callers want, prospects can find every available unit, and Credit Builder keeps everyone's credit history whole.

### Highlights

#### Juno understands what callers need

Union Voice AI now answers inbound calls as a true guide. Instead of asking callers to press numbers through a menu, it listens for what they need — leasing, maintenance, community management — and connects them to the right team, with an emergency path ready for 911 situations. Callers get where they're going by simply saying what they want, which feels modern and effortless from the first hello.

#### Every available unit shows up

Waitlist units now appear on your public availability and application pages whenever you've enabled them. Prospects can see and join the waitlist for the homes they want, so no interest goes uncaptured and your team hears from everyone who's keen, even on units that aren't open yet.

#### Credit Builder keeps every history whole

Credit Builder now reports every enrolled resident every month — recording a no-data month rather than dropping anyone during a stretch without a payment. That keeps each resident's credit line continuous and their history intact, which is the whole promise of the program.

#### Emailing prospects is rock solid

Reaching out to prospects by email is now consistently reliable across every site. The email button is ready when your team is, so agents can send from right inside the platform without reaching for another tool. It's a smoother path from "let's follow up" to "message sent."

### Communications & Voice AI

**Maintenance routing that fits your hours.** A new per-property setting decides where maintenance calls go — always to maintenance, always to the office, or split by business hours — so each community handles them the way it works best.

**Calendars stay connected.** If a property's calendar connection needs re-authorizing, the property and support now get an email with clear next steps, so tours keep landing on the calendar without a silent gap.

### AI & Automation

**Messaging rules that span stages.** A new AI System Protocols page lets you define messaging guidance that applies across one or more lead and leasing stages, scoped to each customer and property — a flexible layer on top of your existing rules.

**Knowledge and settings stay in sync.** Answering a question in the Knowledge tab now fills the matching field in Settings, and vice versa, with every change logged. Enter something once and both places stay current.

### Lead Management & Automations

**Follow-ups land on the right page.** Tasks for in-progress applications now open to the application view, showing the application section and the prospect's stage, so your team can act without hunting for context.

### Reporting & Analytics

**Big portfolios, dependable reports.** Reports across many properties at once now generate reliably, so corporate users get the full multi-property picture whenever they need it.

**Easier-to-read call charts.** The Call Volume Trends chart now includes value labels and a legend, matching the call-volume-by-hour view, so the numbers are clear at a glance.

### Leasing & Lease Actions

**Two more addenda on hand.** We added a Parking Policy and Enforcement Schedule addendum, and restored a Risk Release addendum for a specific community, both ready for lease signing.

### Smaller Updates This Week

Nothing else demanded the spotlight this week — the headline work above is where the energy went.

## Week of March 30 – April 5

Released Sunday, April 5, 2026

Delinquency AI gets a lot more considerate this week, outbound calling gets easier across portfolios, and site migrations keep their search rankings intact.

### Highlights

#### Reach the whole household

Delinquency AI now reaches every adult on the lease — all household members and guarantors, not just the primary signer. When a balance needs attention, everyone who shares responsibility for it hears about it, which makes follow-through far more likely and keeps the right people informed.

#### The AI checks the balance before it replies

When a resident says they've already paid, Delinquency AI now re-checks the live balance with ResMan before responding, and holds back any further messages if the account is truly settled. Residents who've paid aren't nudged again, so every message lands as accurate and respectful.

#### Pick the right line for every outbound call

Placing outbound calls across multiple properties just got easier. Agents can now choose from all the outbound numbers they have access to, give each one a friendly nickname, and star their favorites for quick reach. Calls go out from the right community's line, so prospects see a familiar local number when you reach out.

#### Site migrations keep their search rankings

For communities consolidating standalone sites onto one corporate domain, a new redirect system maps each old page to its exact new home — hundreds of pages, configurable and built to scale. Visitors and search engines land in the right place, so the move preserves the traffic and rankings a property has earned.

### Communications & Voice AI

**Order the phone menu your way.** The voice menu options can now be arranged per community, so the order callers hear matches how your team prefers to work, while the wording and behavior stay consistent.

**Clearer answers from the chatbot.** The chatbot now phrases its answers about utility billing in plain, friendly language, so prospects always get a response that reads naturally.

### Delinquency AI

**A gentler pace into eviction.** The eviction step now waits a day after the filing date and pulls a fresh balance before it fires, giving residents a final window to resolve things first.

**Pause and resume, cleanly.** Turning Delinquency AI off in the Delinquency Manager now pauses automation rather than ending it, and switching it back on picks up right where it left off.

**A warmer handoff message.** When the AI hands a conversation to your team, residents now get a clear, friendly note letting them know a leasing team member will be in touch shortly.

### Leasing & Lease Actions

**A new community policies addendum.** We added a Community Policies addendum variant with updated personal-property language, ready to include in lease signing.

**Move-outs reflect everywhere.** Units marked moved out now update their status correctly, so your availability always matches reality.

### Credit Builder

**Move-outs stop the billing.** When a resident is moved out in Yardi, that now flows through correctly so Credit Builder closes out with the lease — no charges lingering past a move-out.

### Reporting & Analytics

**See the calls behind the Transfer Rate.** The Transfer Rate total on your call report is now clickable, opening a breakdown of each transferred call with its name, category, date, source, and where it was sent. It's an easy way to go from the headline number to the calls that make it up.

### Site & Public Pages

**Policy links in the footer.** Corporate sites now include Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy links in the footer, so visitors can find them right where they'd expect.

### Smaller Updates This Week

One quieter refinement this week: Delinquency settings are now reserved for corporate users and admins, keeping that configuration in the right hands.

---

## Week of March 23–29

Released Sunday, March 29, 2026

This week the AI gets smarter about what it doesn't know, calls route where they should, and your team gets finer control over leads, chat, and notifications.

### Highlights

#### The AI fills its own knowledge gaps

When the AI runs into a question it can't answer, it now captures that question and adds it to the property's knowledge base, along with a suggested answer drawn from agent call transcripts (marked unconfirmed until you approve it). Over time, your knowledge base grows from the questions prospects actually ask, so the AI gets more helpful on its own. It's a quiet way to keep getting better answers, with no knowledge base to build out by hand.

#### Maintenance calls route by time of day

You can now send maintenance calls exactly where they belong. A new routing option directs callers to your on-site team during business hours and to your maintenance line after hours, so urgent calls always reach the right people at the right time. It's one less thing for your team to juggle around the clock.

#### Keep leads from being marked lost automatically

New customer- and property-level settings let you turn off the automation that marks stale leads as lost. Turn it off where you want a human to make that call, and leads stay active until your team decides otherwise — useful when you're onboarding a new community and want to keep every prospect in view.

#### Virtual tour galleries on standalone sites

Standalone property sites can now feature virtual tour galleries right on the Virtual Tours page, so prospects can explore units and amenities visually before they ever book a visit. It's a richer first look at a community, available the moment someone lands on the site.

### Communications & Voice AI

**A smoother wrap-up between calls.** Agents finishing up one call are no longer interrupted by the next inbound call landing mid-wrap, so each conversation gets a clean close before the next begins.

**Outbound calls file themselves away.** Outbound calls now move straight into Call History rather than sitting on the active Calls tab, keeping your live call list focused on what's happening right now.

**Sharper voice responses.** Juno now works from a tighter window of recent context on each call, which keeps its replies quick and on point.

**SMS templates are easy to edit.** Editing an SMS template now keeps your cursor right where you're typing, so composing and tweaking messages feels natural.

### Live Chat & Notifications

**Browser notifications are tidier.** You'll now get one notification per event, even when activity comes in quickly — no repeats to dismiss.

**Chat availability stays where you set it.** Your live-chat availability toggle now holds its setting through a page refresh, so you're only on for chat when you mean to be.

**Cleaner chat alerts.** Chat notifications now reliably point to a real, findable conversation, so every alert leads somewhere useful.

### Lead Management & Automations

**Reactivated leads sync back to ResMan.** When a lead that was lost in ResMan becomes active again in the platform, that status now flows back to ResMan too, keeping both systems in step.

### Leasing & Applications

**Plan ahead for charges not yet live.** Lease items that aren't live yet can now be marked as pending launch, with a clear disclaimer on the lease and the item hidden from the application portal until it's ready — so you can prepare new communities without confusing applicants.

**Applications show the right pet details.** Pet information now lands in the correct fields on the application, so a pet's details read accurately.

### Reporting & Analytics

**Promotions, scoped to your selection.** The Promotions settings page now shows just the properties you've selected, and choosing a single property takes you straight to its promotions list.

### Credit Builder

**More context at a glance.** The Credit Builder subscription list now includes property, unit, resident type, status, and start and end dates as columns, so your team can scan for what they need without opening each record.

### Smaller Updates This Week

A couple of refinements tidied up the edges: temporary, non-corporate agents are no longer pulled into assignment rules, and the Credit Builder opt-out match now considers community name for more accurate resident matching.

### Behind the Scenes

We added a weekly Credit Builder enrollment health check that flags any property trending below its prior month, so we can spot and address a dip early — before it ever reaches you.

---

## Week of March 16–22

Released Sunday, March 22, 2026

A lighter week with two standouts for your callers: Juno speaks more languages, and your voicemail greeting is now yours to write.

### Highlights

#### Union Voice AI now speaks more than one language

Union Voice AI can now greet and converse with callers in more than one language. If your community gets calls from non-English speakers, Juno meets them where they are and keeps the conversation natural from hello to handoff. It's a warmer first impression for every prospect who picks up the phone, whatever language they speak.

#### Your voicemail greeting, in your words

You can now set a custom voicemail greeting for each property. Write the message callers hear, and it applies across all of that property's tracking numbers — whether the community uses full voice handling or call tracking alone. It's an easy way to make every missed call still sound like you.

#### A more comfortable new navigation

The new navigation keeps getting more comfortable to use. The "More" menu now opens tall enough to show its options without scrolling, with Property Settings right at the top, and we smoothed out several details across the property switcher and site navigation so getting around feels natural.

### Union Voice AI

**Known residents stay themselves.** When a current resident calls, Juno now recognizes them rather than creating a new pipeline lead, and it leaves their real name in place. Your records stay clean and your residents stay correctly identified.

### Leasing & Lease Actions

**A tidier document list.** We retired a lease addendum that was no longer in use, so the document library shows only what your team actually works with.

**Export your lease settings.** You can now export a property's full lease settings to Excel — defaults, policies, charges, rentable items, duration pricing, and addenda — one property per sheet, ready to review or share.

### Property Settings & Configuration

**More flexible user setup.** Team members can now be set up without a unique email address, and there's a new optional notification-email field so alerts reach the right inbox.

### Smaller Updates This Week

A small copy fix cleaned up stray wording on one of the discount addenda, so the language reads exactly as intended.

---

## Week of March 9–15

Released Sunday, March 15, 2026

This week is about steadier leasing, calmer calls, and Credit Builder that keeps doing its job through every lease change.

### Highlights

#### One leasing flow at a time

Leasing actions now run cleanly start to finish. If a flow is already underway on a lease — adding or removing people, or a renewal — starting another now prompts you to wrap up or cancel the first one. That keeps every lease in a clear, consistent state and means the document your residents sign is always the right one. It's a small guardrail that makes the whole leasing process more dependable.

#### Quieter calls and notifications

Notification tones now play only when there's real call or chat activity to act on. During a live call, the app stays calm — no stray pings competing for your attention. It's a more focused experience for agents who spend their day on the phone.

#### Credit Builder stays with the resident

Credit Builder now keeps reporting through month-to-month tenancies and renewals, closing only on an actual move-out or an explicit cancellation. Residents who stay past their original lease end date keep building credit without interruption, and late-arriving move-out data from your PMS is reconciled correctly after the fact. It's continuous credit history, exactly as residents expect it to be.

#### Apartment Availability search returns the full list

Apartment Availability search now returns the complete set of units every time you open it, tied correctly to the property you're viewing. Your team gets the whole picture at a glance, with no second look required.

### Communications & Voice AI

**A faster path from call to prospect.** Adding a lead from the call module now takes you straight to the prospect page, so you can pick up the conversation in one step instead of routing through the pipeline.

### Tours & Scheduling

**Tours from iApartments sync reliably.** Tour updates coming from iApartments now flow into the platform dependably, with clearer tracking behind the scenes so completion and no-show logic stays accurate.

### Credit Builder

**Pricing reflects each resident.** The Credit Builder price shown in the resident portal and CRM now comes straight from your property settings or a per-resident override, so grandfathered and special-rate residents always see the right amount.

### Insights & Knowledge

**Property profile chat keeps its place.** The AI chat in the property profile now holds your conversation as you work, and tucks the suggestion panel away once a chat is underway, so the thread stays front and center.

### Leasing & Lease Actions

**Lease documents come back in full.** Every document tied to a Lease Action now reliably surfaces through the document service, so agents always have the complete set on hand.

### Property Settings & Configuration

**Site-only properties can manage their own details.** Site-only communities can now edit Business Hours, Holidays, and Community Details right in Property Settings — the same information that shows publicly on their sites.

**Square footage is yours to show.** The "Show Square Footage" control is editable again for floor plans synced from your PMS, so you decide what appears on your websites.

**A new holiday option.** "Day after Thanksgiving" is now available in holiday settings, off by default and ready whenever you want it.

### ResMan & PMS Integrations

**Cleaner notes flowing to ResMan.** Notes and follow-up events written back to ResMan now carry clean formatting, so they read clearly on the ResMan side.

### Site & Public Pages

**Careers pages open to the details.** Job listings on careers pages now open to the role's details first, giving candidates the full picture before they jump to applying.

### Smaller Updates This Week

A few refinements rounded out the week: copy and paste are fully restored across CRM search bars and form fields, system-template editing can now be reserved for corporate users, and the Worked/Unworked Leads report now credits leads only to agents who were actually online.

# The AI CRM for multifamily. Built, not bolted on.

Union runs the entire renter journey, from marketing and AI leasing through renewals and vacates, on one platform and one record. The AI sees everything the CRM sees, because it is the CRM.

[Book a 20-minute demo](https://www.gounion.com/demo)

## Key Metrics

- **100%** — Call answer rate, including after hours
- **55%** — Resident retention in 2025, best on record
- **#1** — Nationwide for resident loyalty, J Turner TALi 2025

## Property management has fragmented into four to six disconnected systems

### Every function lives in its own tab

PMS, CRM, AI chat, AI voice, applications, screening, payments, and marketing each hold their own slice of the renter's data. Your team reconciles instead of leasing.

### AI bolt-ons can't see what the CRM sees

Scripted assistants hand off cold, and the leasing agent starts the conversation over. The promised efficiency gets eaten by stitched workflows and lost context.

### Margins compress while expectations rise

Rent growth has flattened, subsidies expired, and turnover tops 50% in entry-level roles. Class A still owes a five-star experience.

The stack itself has become the bottleneck. Operators don't need another tab. They need the patchwork to collapse into one system the AI can actually reason over.

## Everyone claims the renter journey now. The question is whether it's one system or several stitched together.

| | AI overlays (Elise, Knock, Funnel) | Legacy PMS suites (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata) | Union |
|---|---|---|---|
| Architecture | An overlay riding on top of the PMS, syncing a copy of its data | A federation of acquired modules, each with its own login | One product on a single data model |
| What the AI sees | Only what the PMS exposes, often just stage, not full history | A synced copy across separate systems that never fully align | Everything the CRM sees, the live record |
| How it's built | Bought or integrated; bundling presented as unification | Acquired companies bolted together; customers feel the seams | Engineered end to end, one roadmap |
| Warm handoff | Missing. The team restarts every conversation cold | Across tools, with discrepancies surfacing in reports | Native to the platform, no seam |

The edge isn't coverage. It's architecture. Union is the only platform where the CRM and the AI are the same product on one data model, so the AI acts on the live system of record.

## Mark Taylor, in numbers

Union was founded alongside Mark Taylor in 2018. These are their published outcomes.

- **30-40% → 100%** — Call answer rate, including after hours
- **80%+** — AI containment. Calls fully handled with no handoff, up from 71% a year ago
- **7% → 18%** — Lead-to-tour conversion, from the voicemail era to Union Voice AI
- **55%** — Resident retention in 2025, 8% above the ten-year average and the best on record, in a down market
- **#1** — Nationwide for resident loyalty. J Turner 2025 TALi Awards, scored across 1.35M units at 5,370 communities
- **7,800 calls** — Handled in a single December-to-February window, producing 1,700 scheduled tours and 950 leasing hours returned

> "There's no one in PropTech SaaS that prioritizes support and partnership the way Union does. Union is peerless there." — Dustin Lacey, CTO, Mark Taylor

## One platform, the entire renter journey

Marketing → AI chat & voice → CRM → Applications → Leasing → Renewals → Resident revenue

Union connects to your PMS (Yardi, RealPage, ResMan, Entrata) and replaces the patchwork around it. One login. One record. One AI engine.

## The five reasons operators switch

### Run the entire renter journey from one place

One platform, one login, one data model, instead of four to six vendors with overlapping capabilities.

### Context, not cold starts

Union's AI answers with the prospect's full history, live unit availability, and application status, day and night.

### You decide how much AI

Set the AI-to-human mix by property, channel, time, or workflow, with native warm handoff and an Agent Assist co-pilot for new staff.

### Revenue, not just savings

Resident-funded products, Credit Builder and Union Security Deposit, add net-new income at no cost and no on-site lift. First revenue in 45 to 60 days.

### A partner invested in your outcomes

Live in 30 days. Your team is in our Slack. Our VP of Customer Success is on-site for kickoff, not on a webinar.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is an AI-powered CRM for multifamily?

An AI-powered CRM for multifamily is a single platform that manages the entire renter journey, from marketing and lead capture through leasing, renewals, and move-out, with AI operating directly on the live customer record rather than on a synced copy. Union is an AI-powered CRM for multifamily built on one data model, so its AI chat and voice agents can see the same complete history a leasing agent sees.

### What is the difference between an AI leasing bot and an AI-native CRM?

An AI leasing bot is an overlay that sits on top of a property management system and works from whatever data that system exposes, which is often just the lead stage rather than the full conversation history. An AI-native CRM is the system of record itself, so the AI reasons across marketing, leasing, and the resident lifecycle without a sync step. The practical difference shows up at handoff: an overlay hands a cold conversation to a human, while a native system transfers full context.

### Does Union replace my property management system?

No. Union integrates with Yardi, RealPage, ResMan, and Entrata, which feed occupancy and revenue data into Union. What Union replaces is the patchwork of point solutions around the PMS: the separate leasing CRM, the AI chat vendor, the AI voice vendor, and the applications and screening tools.

### How long does implementation take?

Union goes live in about 30 days, with the VP of Customer Success on-site for kickoff. Operators who adopt the resident-funded ancillary products typically see first revenue within 45 to 60 days.

### Can I control how much AI my team uses?

Yes. Union lets you set the AI-to-human mix by property, time window, channel, or workflow, so you can run AI on delinquency notices while a human owns renewal conversations. Warm handoff is native: the AI stays on the call until a person greets the customer. Roughly one in four renters still prefer a human, and Union never forces an AI-only path.

### What size portfolio is Union built for?

Union's sweet spot is multi-property owner-operators and management companies running 5,000 to 15,000 units, Class A and B, though it serves portfolios from roughly 2,000 to 20,000 units.

### How is Union different from Elise AI, Knock, or Funnel?

Elise, Knock, and Funnel are AI and leasing overlays that ride on top of a property management system and work from a synced copy of its data. Union built the CRM and the AI as one product on a single data model, so the AI acts on the live record and warm handoff is native rather than bolted on. Union also runs renewals, vacates, and resident revenue products, not leasing alone.

UNION is owned and operated by Lift Lytics LLC DBA UNION, a Delaware limited liability company, having a business address at: 1404 Kinney Avenue, Austin, TX 78704 ("we", "us", and "our").

## Our Role as a Data Controller and a Data Processor

We act in the capacity of a data controller and a data processor with regard to the personal data processed through the Platform in terms of the applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our role depends on the specific situation in which personal data is handled by us, as explained in detail below:

**Data controller.** We are responsible for the collection and use of your personal data through the Platform and we make decisions about the types of personal data that should be collected from you and purposes for which such personal data should be used. Therefore, we act as a data controller with regard to the personal data collected directly through the Platform (e.g., when you send us an inquiry or conclude a service contract). We comply with data controller's obligations set forth in the applicable laws.

**Data processor.** We act in the capacity of a data processor in situations when you submit information, client lists, files or generate data through the Platform for processing ("Your Data") and Your Data contains your or other individuals' personal data. We do not own, control, or make decisions about Your Data. We process Your Data only in accordance with the instructions issued by a respective data controller.

## Personal Data We Collect

We collect your personal data in various ways when you use our Platform. We respect data minimization principles. Thus, we collect only a minimal amount of personal data through the Platform that is necessary to ensure the proper provision of the Platform as described below. We use your personal data for limited, specified and legitimate purposes explicitly mentioned in this Policy. We do not use your personal data for any purposes that are different from the purposes for which it was provided. We use your personal data to, among other things, provide you with the requested services, provide the functionality and improve the quality of our Platform and personalize your experience. Also, when processing personal data, we make sure that we do so by relying on one of the available legal bases. You can find more information about the legal bases below.

**Name and contact information.** Your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other similar contact information.

**Identifiers.** Government-issued identifiers, such as a social security number or driver's license number, and other state-issued identification numbers, as well as other unique identifiers such as those associated with your device.

**Demographic information.** Information about you such as your age, gender, country, and preferred language.

**Financial information.** Information about your financial accounts, such as outstanding balances, bank holdings, loan history, bill payment history, and insurance information. In some cases, this includes corresponding account numbers. This information is generally collected in our applicable affiliate's capacity as a credit reporting agency under the FCRA, and, in those instances, our collection, use, and sharing of this information is regulated by the FCRA. We are also provided with this information when acting as a service provider to financial institutions, in which cases our use of the data is regulated by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA").

**Commercial information.** Information regarding products or services you have purchased or considered purchasing, or other purchasing or spending histories or tendencies.

**Internet or other similar network activity.** Information regarding your browsing history, search history, and information about how you interact with our websites, applications, advertisements, or emails.

**Professional or employment-related information.** Information regarding your employment status, history, and compensation. This is typically provided by your employer or its payroll, or otherwise collected through a credit reporting agency under the FCRA.

**Support information.** Information you provide when you contact us for support, such as the content of your communications with us, and the products or services related to your inquiry. When you contact us, such as for customer support, phone conversations or chat sessions with our representatives may be monitored and recorded.

**Education information.** Information regarding your education history, including degrees earned and student loan financial information.

**Inferences drawn from personal data.** Profiles or scores developed using your personal data which reflect your preferences, characteristics, or consumer spending profile.

**Public records information.** Information about you lawfully made available by federal, state, or local governments. This includes information about legal proceedings in court records and business ownership and affiliation information included in secretaries of state filings.

**Payment Data.** When you make or request a payment, you will be asked to provide your payment details like your name, credit or debit card number, expiration date, security code, billing address. Please note that we do not process payments - it is done by our third-party payment processors. Your payment data is used to process your payments and maintain our business records. The legal bases on which we rely are 'performing a contract', 'pursuing our legitimate business interests' (i.e., administer our business), and 'complying with our legal obligations'. We do not store credit or debit card numbers or any other payment method. Our third-party payment processors store such data for the time period required by the applicable law.

We may also obtain information from other sources, such as third-party websites, applications, and services (each, a "Third-Party Platform"), through which you connect with our Platform and combine that with information we collect on our Platform. Please note that you may adjust the settings of the Third-Party Platform to control what personal data is shared with us. We use such personal data for the purposes it is provided. For example, if you choose a Third-Party Platform to sign-up on the Platform, we will use the personal data received from the Third-Party Platform to register and maintain your user account and provide you with the requested services as described above.

When you visit our Platform, some information is automatically collected. For example, we may automatically collect your location, computer operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language, and the website you visited before our Platform. In most cases, such information is not considered to be personal data (except for your IP address), unless it is combined with your personal data. We use such information to analyze the technical aspects of your use of the Platform, prevent fraud and abuse of the Platform, ensure the security of the Platform, tailor the Platform for your location and preferences, understand you and your preferences, to enhance, personalize, and customize your experience and enjoyment using our Platform, products, and services. The legal basis on which we rely when processing such analytics data is 'pursuing our legitimate business interests' (i.e., to analyze and protect the Platform).

We also collect information about your usage and activity on our Platform using certain technologies, such as:

**Cookies.** We may automatically collect information using "cookies" and similar technology. Cookies are small data files that may have unique identifiers and reside, among other places, on your computer or mobile device, in emails we send to you, and on our web pages. Among other things, cookies help us improve our Platform and your experience. We use cookies to see which areas and features of our Platform are popular and to count visits to our Platform. We may access information contained in cookies placed on your device by a Third-Party Platform as permitted by the terms of your agreement and privacy settings with such Third-Party Platform. We may share this information with the Third-Party Platform for its use as permitted by the terms of your agreement and privacy settings with such Third-Party Platform. We use different types of cookies on the Platform, including:

- Essential technical cookies that are strictly necessary to ensure the correct functioning of the Platform and provide the services requested by you;
- Marketing cookies that allow us to create, implement, and examine our marketing campaigns. Such cookies allow us to reach the right customers, analyze the productivity of our marketing campaigns, and offer you personalized advertisement; and
- Statistics cookies that allow us to generate statistical reports about how you use the Platform.

**Cookie Consent.** When you visit the Platform for the first time, we may ask you to provide us with your consent to our use of all cookies via a cookie consent banner. If you do not provide your opt-in consent, we will not serve you our non-essential cookies. Please note that we may not be able to provide you with the best possible user experience on the Platform if not all cookies are enabled. If you would like to refuse our use of non-essential cookies later, you can do it at any time by declining cookies in your browser or device.

**Web Beacons.** We may collect information using web beacons. Web beacons are electronic images that may be used on our Platform or in our emails. We use web beacons to deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage and campaign effectiveness, and tell whether you open an email and act upon it. The legal basis on which we rely when processing such data is 'pursuing our legitimate business interests' (i.e., to analyze the Platform).

**Do Not Track Signals.** We currently do not employ technology that recognizes "do-not-track" signals from your browser. We may engage third parties, such as marketing or analytics partners, who may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Platform.

If we combine your non-personal data with certain elements of your personal data and such a combination allows us to identify you as a natural person, we will handle such aggregated data as personal data and make sure that we have a legal basis for processing it. If your personal data is de-identified in a way that it can no longer be associated with a natural person, it will not be considered personal data and we may use it for any business purpose.

## How We Share Your Personal Data

We use and disclose personal data to nonaffiliated third parties for the following commercial purposes:

- **Consumer credit reporting.** Some of our affiliates collect, use, and share personal data when acting as a consumer reporting agency, as this activity is regulated by the FCRA. Acting as a consumer reporting agency, these affiliates collect personal data about your creditworthiness, credit standing, credit capacity and mode of living from a variety of data furnishers, share this information with credit providers and other entities when they make decisions to extend credit or enter into transactions with you.
- We may share aggregate statistical data for the improvement of services offered by our Platform.
- We share personal data with third parties who provide services to us, such as data collection, reporting, ad response measurement, and site analytics, as well as assistance with delivery of relevant marketing messages and advertisements. These service providers will use your personal data for the purpose of evaluating your, and other users' use of the Platform, compiling reports for us on your activity on the Platform and providing other services relating to your activity on the Platform and Internet usage. These third parties may view, edit, or set their own cookies. We and our third-party service providers, advertisers, and/or partners may also place web beacons for these third parties. The use of these technologies by these third parties is subject to their own privacy policies and is not covered by this Policy.
- We may disclose your personal data (i) to comply with laws and to respond to lawful requests and legal process, (ii) to protect our rights and property, as well as the rights and property of our agents and customers, and others, including to enforce our agreements, policies, and terms of use, and (iii) in an emergency to protect the safety of the Platform, our customers, or any person.
- We may disclose or transfer your personal data to a third party if we sell, transfer, divest, or disclose all or a portion of our business or assets to another company in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, transaction, or proceeding.
- We may also share aggregated or de-identified information with third parties in our discretion.
- We cooperate with affiliate third parties that may have access to your personal data, such as your cookie data. We also share your personal information with the Affiliate that you chose during the sign-up process. We will disclose your personal data only if we have a legal basis for doing so (e.g., your consent to non-essential cookies if you are based in the EU).

## International Transfers of Personal Data

Some of our data processors are located outside the country in which you reside. For example, if you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), we may need to transfer your personal data to jurisdictions outside the EEA. In case it is necessary to make such a transfer, we will make sure that the jurisdiction in which the recipient third party is located guarantees an adequate level of protection for your personal data. We will not transfer your personal data internationally if no appropriate level of protection can be granted.

## Security of Your Personal Data

We take reasonable steps to help protect your personal data in an effort to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We have put in place reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. Only those employees who need access to your information in order to perform their duties are authorized to have access to your personal data. Our security measures include encryption, access control, secured networks, anonymization of personal data and carefully selected data processors.

Nonetheless, we cannot guarantee that transmissions of your payment information or personal data will always be secure or that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat the security measures taken by us or our third-party service providers. To the highest extent permitted by the applicable law, we assume no liability for disclosure of your personal data due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other causes beyond our control. You play an important role in keeping your personal data secure. You should not share your user name, password, or other security information for your account with anyone.

When you provide us with any access credentials to third-party software or services for the purpose of using the full functionality of the Platform (for example, when you migrate your client lists and appointments), you have to make sure that those credentials belong to you and you do not breach any applicable laws by disclosing them to us. To the highest extent permitted by the applicable law, we assume no liability for disclosure of your access credentials due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other causes beyond our control.

## Your Rights

You have the right to control how your personal data is processed by us by exercising the rights listed below (unless, in very limited cases, the applicable law provides otherwise):

- Right of access: you can get a copy of your personal data that we store in our systems;
- Right to rectification: you can rectify inaccurate personal data that we hold about you;
- Right to erasure ('right to be forgotten'): you can ask us to erase your personal data from our systems;
- Right to restriction: you can ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data;
- Right to object: you can ask us to stop processing your personal data;
- Right to withdraw consent: you have the right to withdraw your consent, if you have provided one; or
- Right to complaint: you can submit your complaint regarding our processing of your personal data.

If you would like to exercise any of your rights, please contact us by email or by post (you can find our contact details at the end of this Policy) and explain your request in detail. In order to verify the legitimacy of your request, we may ask you to provide us with an identifying piece of information that allows us to identify you in our system. We will answer your request within a reasonable time frame but no later than 30 days.

If you would like to launch a complaint about the way in which we process your personal data, we kindly ask you to contact us first and express your concerns. If we receive your complaint, we will investigate it and provide you with our response as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We do not discriminate against you if you decide to exercise your rights. It means that we will not: (i) deny any goods and services, (ii) charge you different prices, (iii) deny any discounts or benefits, (iv) impose penalties, or (v) provide you with a lower quality service.

If we get a request regarding the personal data included in Your Data, we will forward such a request to the respective controller. This is because we, as a data processor, do not accommodate data subjects' requests with regard to personal data that we process on behalf of our users.

## Children

The Platform is not intended for use by children (i.e., persons who are minors in their country of residence). Therefore, we do not knowingly collect minors' personal data, unless parents or legal guardians decide to provide children's data to us. If you, as a parent or a legal guardian of a child, become aware that the child has submitted his/her personal data to us, please contact us immediately. We will delete your child's personal data from our systems without undue delay.

## Retention period

We store your personal data in our systems only for as long as such personal data is required for the purposes described in this Policy or until you request us to delete your personal data, whichever comes first. After your personal data is no longer necessary for its primary purposes and we do not have another legal basis for storing it, we securely delete your personal data from our systems.

Bank transaction data is not retained, only aggregate income. We will promptly destroy all financial information after the completion of our verification process, in no case longer than 14 months after your submission of the information to us.

We retain non-personal data pertaining to you for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. For example, we can store it for the period of time needed for us to pursue our legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with (and demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

In certain cases, we are required by law to store your personal data for a certain period of time (e.g., for business records or accountancy purposes). Thus, we keep your personal data for the time period stipulated by the applicable law and securely delete it as soon as the required storage period expires.
