Union is an American company with a global talent footprint, operating out of the USA, Mexico, Eastern Europe, Asia, and India. We are first and foremost a technology company, focused on the multi-family industry, servicing property management companies.
During our history we have built a suite of impactful products with the northstar of improving customer efficiency. We want our customers to be able to do more, and do it better, with less people, and in less time.
We recognize this historic moment in prop-tech. Renter dispositions have changed, enabling PMCs to transition to a completely new operating model. We want to equip PMCs to succeed as the industry adapts to a changed, post-pandemic world.
We are just getting started.

Our team is an international group of seasoned technologists excited to make something great. Many of us hail from Silicon Valley’s best, but operate ever mindful of one key virtue - kindness. As a remote company, we don’t have the opportunity to develop respect and rapport through in-office interactions, so we rely on kindness to compensate. Top-to-bottom, kindness is a core virtue of anyone who works at Union.
